F.A.Q.
- 01If you are renting any items the costs will be € 0,80 / km from Pijnacker to the venue to count for drop off and pick up costs. If you are only ordering hand made items that do not need to be returned, the cost will be 0,40 €/ km to your location. For small items they could be shipped to your home address days prior to the event. FREE OPTIONS (not valid for rentals) 1 - If you are in the Area of Den Haag-Roterdam and your order is above € 400 2 - Free pick up (in Pijnacker) for hand made items that need no return.
- 02When you decide on the items you would like, we will send a detailed quotation with the total amount to pay, including the delivery costs and print costs if applicable. From the moment you receive the quotation, you will have a period of 30 days to make any changes unless agreed differently with Creations by Sandy. After 30 days the quotation will become an invoice. This invoice will have to be paid 50% anytime from the moment you received it, up to 4 months before the wedding date. The other 50% will have to be paid at least 30 days before the actual date of delivery.Adding items can always be done as long as there is enough time before the event. Ideally 30 days to include it in the last payment invoice. Other short notice options might also be allowed as long as Creations by Sandy approves of it. In case of payment troubles, important changes or cancelations, please contact us and we will solve the issue together.
- 03Every situations is diferent, please contact me for your specific situation to have a clearer answer. Also make sure to check out terms and conditions for a more exhaustive answer. Generically speaking,cancelations for products that have already been printed, painted or finalised and can not be used again due to the customisation, will not be reimbursed. You will only be reimbursed for the extra costs that are not part of the purchased piece such as the shipment and or delivery costs that would have not happened. In the case of situations such as Covid-19 where your event has to be cancelled beyond your control, only hand made and customised items will be hold for editing at a small extra fee to be discussed. This also applies to designs but not to printed elements, therefor you will not be able to get a reimbursement unless the third party (in this case the print shop) will dictate otherwise. For other items such as rentals, or generic items that could be reused, or haven’t been done yet, the transaction can be cancelled up to 3 months before the wedding and partially or fully reimbursed depending on the conditions agreed upon and client’s situation. There will be no cancellations or reimbursement accepted after the 30 days prior to the wedding, unless Creations by Sandy agrees otherwise.
- 04These basic packages have been created based on the most wanted items by our customers in previous events. We have selected the most popular set of elements and made it into an economic offer that is welcome by all pockets. Because let’s be honest, having the best day ever doesn’t always need to break the bank. These packages don’t mean that you have to have it just like that. There is always room to wiggle and make it more personal adding and removing items that may or may not fit your idea or style, let us know and we will give you the best tips and advise we have, that’s why we are here for. We can make a personal package too. In the checklist pages and collection pages, you will find a list of all the items and prices. We have made it simple and generic so it wouldn’t be confusing, but do not hesitate to ask for more information regarding any item. We will be very happy to help you with any questions that might rise.
- 05If there is anything that you own, or have bought, and you want me to personalise it, it can also be arranged. It can be done on site on the day itself, or we could arrange a way to get it to me so I can create it and make sure it is ready for the big day. Also, if you have any other ideas that could fit in this category that could work for your day, but you don’t want to keep it or buy it and I could use it for other events, do not hesitate in asking me about it. I am sure we can come up with a plan to make it work. Please contact me for any pricing in this matter. Please note that Creations by Sandy will not be held responsible for any damages that could occur to your item in the transport process or creative process. Creations by Sandy will always hold the right to refuse to create anything on third parties materials if unsure of the outcome or possible creation of irreversible damages.
- 06As soon as possible after signing the quotation, I understand that it is not always easy to have every single detail so we will work together on it. For things like the guest names of the guest list for seating chats etc will be left to finish last since theres a lot of last minute changes, but the rest of the information, it shoul be sent ASAP
